Commonwealth War Grave Commission. Spring is sprung and my lawn is growing fast. I can’t believe we are almost into March. Our meeting next week Mike Chapman returns with the third of his talks about the work of the CWGC. Having heard the history and the scope of their archives we will learn about the real estate. All are welcome to attend the meeting at The Methodist Church Hall, Queensway, Bletchley at 7.30. Wednesday 5th February 2025

‘The talk covers the importance or the landscaping work in the design of the cemeteries and the memorials, and the scope/scale of the work done today to maintain the sites in line with the same vision. It will include the story of one of the family of gardeners and will look to include local interest.’

The meeting will start at 7.30 pm and will be free for members, any non members who may wish to attend will be charged £2. Teas and Coffees will be available after the meeting. We would love to see folk back together again and look forward to seeing you all at
