Item I bequeathe unto Richard my sonne one howse of ffree grounde lyinge in princis Rysborowe and called by the name of Raes beinge betwene the howse of Chyrslyes and the howse of Henry BOLLER But I will that my wyffe Jhoan BOLLER shall have the sayde howse of ffree grounde so long as she lyvethe unto her owne custody and usuaige paying unto ROOSE my daughter x li if good and lawfull moeney of England And to be payed her v li at xviij yeares of her aige and the other v li at the aige of xxj yeares
